A SALES assistant has been put on a good behaviour bond after apologising to his Musos Corner employers for selling stock online at a lower price.Cooper Lee McIntosh, 20, had found himself in financial difficulty when he began advertising Musos Corner stock on eBay at reduced prices and providing free postage from his employer's mailing account.He pleaded guilty in Newcastle Local Court to 15 fraud offences and has agreed to pay back the $3803 he made from the sale of sound recording and DJ equipment.McIntosh, of Balmoral Drive, Gorokan, was a web sales assistant before his employer stumbled across an eBay profile page on his work computer that showed sales of equipment which had gone missing from the shop.McIntosh will also do some community work for the shop owner and wrote formal apology letters to everyone concerned.Magistrate Elaine Truscott convicted McIntosh and placed him on a 12-month good behaviour bond.
